2. Consents and Compliance (TCPA)

All consumer lead gen forms we operate utilize strict verification software (TrustedForm) to log homeowner consent. Consumer profiles are only transferred to licensing networks when explicit TCPA consent is logged and verified cryptographically.

3. Security Measures

We implement hardware token logins, disk encryption, and encrypted backups. No raw credit card records are stored on our servers; all transaction metadata is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS guidelines.
