Welcome to Kairos Signal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, services, B2B data feeds, and applications provided by Kairos Signal LLC ("Kairos Signal", "we", "our", or "us"). By subscribing to our feeds or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Kairos Signal provides business-to-business (B2B) data intelligence feeds containing distress property records, municipal filings, and public interest signals. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By providing a payment method (via Stripe or authorized processor), you authorize us to charge the monthly fee associated with your chosen plan.
All sales of data products are final. However, if data file delivery fails or is incomplete, Kairos Signal LLC will, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement file or refund the transaction amount.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you can log in to your secure client billing portal (accessible via the Client Login page) or send an email requesting cancellation directly to [email protected]. Upon receipt and processing of your cancellation request, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further recurring charges will be applied. For plans with a 7-day free trial, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period to avoid being automatically charged for the first monthly subscription fee.
Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data feeds for their internal business development and marketing efforts. You agree not to resell, distribute, or repackage the data feeds to any third party. All marketing efforts directed at individuals in the data feeds must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any other relevant municipal or federal marketing regulations.
Data feeds are provided "as is" and "as available". Kairos Signal gathers data from public filings, municipal court records, and meteorological reports; we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeline of any signal. Kairos Signal LLC will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our data feeds.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
